This page explains how to request deletion of your UptimePartner account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion is free of charge.

About UptimePartner accounts. UptimePartner is an internal field-operations app for Winday Associates staff. Accounts are not self-signup — they are created by your office administrator. Your account, your work history, and the customer records you've touched all live in Winday's central systems.

How to request deletion

If you are a current or former member of Winday Associates' field team, send an email from your registered email address (or contact your administrator directly) to:

Alternatively, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 70757 35579, or ask your office administrator to remove your account directly from the Winday admin console.

What we are required to retain

Indian tax, employment, and contract regulations require us to keep certain records even after account deletion. These will be retained, but de-linked from your personal profile so they cannot be used to identify you in routine operations.

Active work assignments

If you have open tickets, unresolved leads, or pending material orders assigned to you, we may need to reassign or formally close them before fully deleting your account, so customer service is not disrupted. We will explain this in the confirmation reply.

Withdrawing the request

If you change your mind, reply to our acknowledgement email within 7 days of submission and we will cancel the deletion. After deletion is executed (within 30 days), recovery is not possible.
